"Italian Bistro"
The Bridge of Sighs or Ponte dei sospiri is one of the many bridges in Venice in Italy. It passes over the Rio de Palazzo o de Canonica and links the old prisons to the interrogation cells of the Doge's Palace. It is one of the most famous tourist spots in the city.
The name Bridge of Sighs suggests the sigh expressed by the prisoners brought before the judges, during their last gaze on Venice. It was therefore the last image of freedom for those who were to end their days in prison.
Our Menu
True art of the table, Italian fusion gastronomy is an experience linked to the pleasure of eating through associations of subtle flavors and rigorous processing of products. The culinary experience is not only limited to the simple act of eating, but also to an etiquette representative of European culture. From the setting of the plate to the tasting, the work of the great chef, considered more as artists, is akin to works of art handling aesthetics and flavors.
